Improve your performance using your body weight and simple equipment.

Strength and conditioning exercises are aimed at increasing strength, resistance training, injury prevention and training proper body mechanics. Exercises use a combination of body weight and simple pieces of equipment. You work at a level that is suited to your ability and are guided by the Physio Pilates instructor.


You’re welcome to try a FREE trial class, following your initial Physio assessment and intro 1:1 session. These are only available at Parkside.
