The Pilates for Ball Sports workshop  will be aimed at any athletes looking for exercises to incorporate into their training sessions to

The workshop will have a large practical component, with exercises relevant to athletes from a wide range of ball sports (including volleyball, football, tennis, basketball, netball, soccer) with a focus on unilateral movements, balance challenges, stability and strength exercises, and spinal range of motion. Get ready to sweat!

Each participant will take home a selection of exercises and stretches specific to the needs of their sport to complement their existing training
