This 1-hour workshop is aimed at those who are wanting to learn more about the changes to their bodies that occur during pregnancy and ways to prevent and manage common issues that may arise.

Topics covered will include:

  1. The main musculoskeletal issues that can occur and ways to prevent and/or manage them.
  2. Tips on looking after your pelvic floor and implementing a pelvic floor strengthening regime to help prevent incontinence.
  3. The benefits of exercise during pregnancy and what is safe to do.

There will be a practical component during the session teaching you some exercises and stretches to take home with you so please come in comfortable stretchy clothing.
