Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
“There is nothing better than when a client tells you that they can now achieve something that was previously too painful or too difficult physically.”
About
Ellie joined Physio Pilates Proactive in 2005 whilst also working in hospital Orthopaedics and Aged Care. She soon knew that PPP was where she wanted to be and started working for us full-time. “I love working within a group of such warm, inspiring and gifted staff. It is an extremely encouraging and positive workplace and I think this environment influences clients who attend the practice.”
She strongly believes in the ability of physiotherapy and Pilates to prevent pain and dysfunction within our bodies and loves seeing how her knowledge and skills can help improve someone’s quality of life. Ellie’s compassionate approach and excellent communication skills enable her to build a high level of trust and achieve good patient outcomes. Having her son Elijah has given Ellie an even greater appreciation of what the female body is capable of, and a desire to continue helping other women through their childbearing years.
Much of her time away from PPP is tied up with this little man, but when he has the occasional rest she loves spending time in the garden, or immersed in a good book, or lying on the grass under a tree and reading! And another thing, she is also a trained florist!
