Treat yourself to a luxurious two nights at the Novotel Barossa. This weekend retreat offers you the chance to experience new Pilates classes and learn from some great speakers in a relaxed environment.

The retreat includes:

  • Two nights’ accommodation in a Studio King room
  • Up to seven Pilates, Stretching and Mindfulness sessions
    Presentations on:
    • Ageing Well through movement
    • The future of health
    • Mastering stress and building resilience
    • Applying positive psychology to building wellbeing
  • Welcome drink and dinner on Friday
  • Buffet breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on Saturday
  • Buffet breakfast, morning tea and lunch on Sunday
  • An Endota Massage (onsite)

The only additional cost will be your drinks (a welcome drink is provided).

Yourself or you partner may also enjoy playing a round of Golf at the world class Tanunda Pines Golf Course which is adjacent the hotel.

What role does/will technology play? Learn how virtual and augmented reality can significantly improve the exercise experience and aid with rehabilitation.
