Current Positions
Physio Pilates Proactive was established 20 years ago, located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills village of Stirling. Our philosophy has a strong active management emphasis which works towards empowering patients to find long-term solutions to their problems. We use Pilates-informed repertoire and therapeutic exercise prescription to frequently support this approach to rehabilitation.
Manual therapy is utilised when required. We also strongly believe in educating our clients about their bodies and encourage them to attend regular Pilates classes to regain, maintain and build their health.
We have an incredibly cohesive team of physios and admin staff where everyone respects each other and themselves. Work-life balance is important, and we constantly strive to accommodate our staff’s outside commitments. We periodically get together for social engagements and enjoy each other’s company.
Everyone at Physio Pilates Proactive enjoys their work and feels passionate about health and helping others.
