Tailored individual programs to address specific health concerns and rehabilitation. Specific goals will be set and your progress will be closely monitored.
PHYSIOTHERAPY INITIAL
ASSESSMENT | $132 (T500)
Prior to developing an Equipment or Exercise Program you will need to attend a Physio Initial Assessment. Your health history will be discussed, and a series of exercises will be performed to determine your Fitness Score.
Based on the outcome of your Physio Assessment we will provide recommendations on how to start your Movement Journey.
GROUP EQUIPMENT SESSIONS | (T560)
Group Equipment Sessions (GES) are one hour and partly supervised. Maximum of 4-6 people in each class. For best results we recommend a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week. As your strength, balance, flexibility and function improve, and your pain decreases you will need to have a Program Review to update your exercises.
You are also required to attend regular Rehabilitation Reassessments (every 3-4 months) for your physio to assess improvement and ensure treatment goals are being met. This is mandatory for health fund claiming.
PROGRAM REVIEW (PHYSIOTHERAPY INDIVIDUAL REHABILITATION SESSION) | $122 (T505)
We recommend a Program Review after 10-20 sessions to update your exercises to ensure you are getting maximum results. Small progressions will be applied during GES but full program reviews require a Physiotherapy Individual Rehabilitation Session.
A separate Fitness Screen is suggested every three months in order to evaluate and measure your progress on the Fitness Scale.
PHYSIOTHERAPY INDIVIDUAL
REHABILITATION SESSIONS | $122 (T505)
You will learn the basics of Pilates breathing and core control as well as introductory exercises either on each of the Pilates apparatus or those related to the Strength and Balance classes. You will also learn some physio home exercises related to your assessment findings.
If you are doing the Group Equipment Sessions, each session will add new exercises including physio-specific therapeutic exercises, continuing to develop your personal program. Beginners will require 8-10 sessions. If you have previous Equipment experience you may need less.
STRENGTH AND BALANCE CLASSES | (T561)
Designed to mitigate the effects of ageing by performing physio-specific exercises to address balance, bone density, muscle strengthening, flexibility and functional daily movements.

REHABILITATION REASSESSMENT | $132 (T500)
A regular Rehabilitation Reassessment will help you monitor your progress and provide personalised feedback to help you get the best results. Your physio will assess improvement and ensure treatment goals are being met.
These need to be done every 3-4 months to remain health fund compliant if claiming.
PILATES CLASSES
Classes include Mat and Circuit. Refer to Timetables for classes and levels. For best results we recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week.
- We also offer on-line classes for those who are unable to attend the studio.
- Please note Pilates classes aren’t claimable with Private Health.
If you are unable to attend a class please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else. If you miss a pre-booked class we reserve the right to charge the full fee. Unused prepaid classes will expire after 6 months. All prices include GST.

Physio Rehabilitation Sessions
We offer two types of group sessions, focused on facilitating and improving your recovery from injury.
A gentle Physio Rehab session designed to help you overcome movement limitations, and recover from injury. With mature clients in mind, these sessions will focus on using your specific treatment plan (with guidance from your Physio instructor) to help you get the most from life and movement as you age.
