Prior to commencing any PPP Pilates or Fitness class we strongly recommend you attend a Physio Initial Assessment. Your health history will be discussed, and a series of exercises will be performed to determine your Fitness Score. Based on the outcome of your Physio Initial Assessment we will provide recommendations on how to start your Movement Journey.
