About

Jen has been a lover of movement since she was 5. After a successful corporate life, 10 years ago she took a leap to focus on following her passion; the world of Pilates, Barre and Yoga. Trained in all modalities including Clinical Pilates, Jen’s deep purpose is to instil confidence in her students with the ability to move with freedom and find joy in movement. Jen has been leading inspiring classes since 2014 and absolutely loves it!
