Pilates Fees

Pilates is the ultimate body-conditioning workout to tone and strengthen your entire body.

For general health, maintenance, injury prevention, fitness and vitality. A range of class types and levels are available to suit different needs.


Prior to commencing any Pilates, you need to attend a Physio Initial Assessment. Your health history will be discussed, and a series of exercises will be performed to determine your Fitness Score. Based on the outcome of your Physio Initial Assessment we will provide recommendations on how to start your Movement Journey.


Following your Physio Initial Assessment, depending on your fitness screen results and prior Pilates experience we recommend 1-3 Individual Mat sessions. During these sessions you will be guided through each move and technique by a skilled Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. This is essential not only to reap the full benefits of your Pilates classes, but also to optimise your Pilates experience and prevent injury.



A regular Fitness Screen/Reassessment will help you monitor your progress and provide personalised feedback to help you get the best results.

We suggest 3 months after first starting then 6 monthly thereafter.


Classes include Mat and Circuit. Refer to Timetables for classes and levels. For best results we recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week.

  • We also offer on-line classes for those who are unable to attend the studio.
  • Please note Pilates classes aren’t claimable with Private Health.

If you are unable to attend a class please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else. If you miss a pre-booked class we reserve the right to charge the full fee. Unused prepaid classes will expire after 6 months. All prices include GST.
