Beginners Pilates Mat Course

Learn the basics of Pilates Mat exercises in a safe, supportive environment at The Studio located in Glynde. Our signature 5-week course, written by PPP’s Founder and Principal Physiotherapist, Rachel Combe (who has over 20 years of Pilates and physiotherapy experience) has been taught over a number of years and always proves popular.
Dance Pilates Course
Glynde – $125
The course, written and taught by PPP’s Founder and Principal Physiotherapist, Rachel Combe (who has 18 years of classical ballet training) focuses on equipping dancers with precise Pilates skills which they can apply to their dance classes immediately. This course is also suitable for Beginners who are fit, healthy and want to work at a more challenging pace.
Beginner Reformer Course
St. Peters – $125
All clients, regardless of previous Pilates experience, will be required to undertake a Beginners Reformer Course before joining the ongoing Reformer classes. It is essential that you first attend one of the Beginners courses in order to learn the Pilates basics, a large variety of Reformer exercises, how to adjust the Reformer for each exercise and how to be safe using the Reformer.
