Teen Fit is a mat Pilates class designed for all young people, regardless of experience or fitness level.
Run by a qualified Physiotherapist – Claudia Willcocks – Teen Fit is not just about exercise—it’s also about learning. Participants gain a better understanding of their bodies, improve posture, and develop strength in a way that supports everyday movement, sports performance and injury prevention. Plus, the classes are fun, supportive, and completely judgment-free—with plenty of laughs along the way!
