“I love working with people – specifically helping people of all ages have the best quality of life that their body allows.”
About
Briar started her physiotherapy career in 2000 at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where she worked in the Rehabilitation and Acute Wards as well as Orthopaedics. She then gained experience treating a wide range of conditions at a Barossa Valley practice before joining PPP in 2007. In recent years, Briar has become particularly involved in the treating of spinal conditions and headaches related to lower back and neck pain.
She also has a strong interest in the role of nutrition in pain management, inflammation and healing. Briar is passionate about the value of therapist and client working together to promote recovery, restore function and maintain health. She also loves the feeling of community this creates and greatly admires “the exceptional motivation of our clients!”
A crafty lady, Briar loves spending time away from work creating elaborate art projects with her two girls. She is also a keen advocate of the three Cs – Chocolate, Champagne and Cheese – Cheers, Briar!
