Located just 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Relax and Release classes run regularly throughout the week.
Need a good stretch and want to improve your mobility? This is the class for you!
Held in our beautiful upstairs studio at The Stirling Tiers, these classes are taught by experienced physiotherapists and Pilates instructors.
We use a variety of techniques such as dynamic and static stretching, myofascial release, and mindful movement throughout.
You can expect to leave the class feeling refreshed and rested.
