Located just 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Basics classes run periodically throughout the month.

Keen to improve your Pilates technique and get tips on refining the fundamental movements of Pilates Matwork?

Held in our beautiful upstairs studio at The Stirling Tiers, our Back to Basics classes are designed for those new to Pilates or regular clients who may have picked up a few bad habits.

These sessions cover key exercises such as the Roll Up, Bridging, and Curl Ups in a detailed, supportive way, without additional variations or props.

We strongly recommend attending at least one of these classes if you’re new to your Pilates journey.
