Located just 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Barre class is a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt the body from head to toe.
Classes are held in our beautiful upstairs studio at The Stirling Tiers and are led by experienced physiotherapists and Pilates instructors.

Do I need dance experience to do Barre?
Not at all! Barre is inspired by ballet, but no dance background is required. The movements are simple, controlled, and easy to follow.
Is Barre suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our classes cater to all fitness levels. Our instructors offer modifications to make sure you feel comfortable while still being challenged.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (like what you’d wear to a Pilates or yoga class) and grippy socks if you have them. We provide all equipment – just bring a water bottle and be prepared to have fun!
