Located just 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Strength Fusion classes run regularly throughout the week.
This effective workout combines all the movement practices at PPP to help build strength, stamina, and power using heavier weights, resistance bands, and more.
When your goal is to feel strong, confident, and resilient, Strength Fusion ticks all the boxes.
Classes are held in our beautiful upstairs studio at The Stirling Tiers and are led by experienced physiotherapists and Pilates instructors.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Classes are tailored so you can start where you’re at and build up at your own pace. If you have any injuries, we do recommend seeing one of our physios beforehand for structured modifications.
What do I need to bring?
Just comfy workout clothes, a water bottle, and your energy. We provide all the equipment you’ll need.
How hard are the classes?
Challenging but achievable due to our graded approach. Our instructors make sure you’re working safely and progressing steadily.
