Located 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Gentle Mat Pilates classes run regularly throughout the week. All Pilates Mat and Fitness classes are run in our beautiful upstairs studio in The Stirling Tiers and are taught by experienced physios. Designed for those who are new to Pilates, or who are looking for a class which supports movement, balance and strength in a calm, welcoming space.

Gentle Pilates is perfect if you:

  • Feel stiff, achy, or out of practice
  • Are managing osteopenia, balance issues, or joint discomfort
  • Looking to manage symptoms of perimenopause

Do I need to be flexible or fit?

Not at all. Many of our clients start with limited mobility, and progress gently over time.

That’s exactly who these classes are designed for. Our team knows how to adapt safely. We strongly recommend booking in to see one of our physios to discuss any modifications you might require, and to learn the basics of Pilates technique.

Absolutely. Many of our clients come solo and enjoy the friendly, supportive group.
