Located just 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Pilates Plus class is our most dynamic mat-based option, designed for those with a Pilates foundation who are ready to take their practice further.

Held in our beautiful upstairs studio at The Stirling Tiers, all Pilates Mat and Fitness classes are led by experienced physiotherapists and Pilates instructors.

With added resistance and intensity, Pilates Plus challenges you to build strength and endurance while maintaining precision, technique, and control.

Pilates Plus is perfect if you:

  • Have experience with Pilates and want to step things up
  • Are looking to build muscular strength and endurance
  • Enjoy a faster pace and working with small equipment like weights, magic circles, rollers and resistance bands
  • Want a fitness-style workout grounded in Pilates precision and expert movement knowledge

This is not a class for beginners, those who are pregnant, or anyone managing acute injuries or osteoporosis.

How is this different from your Open Pilates classes?

Pilates Plus is higher in intensity and uses added resistance and longer sequences. It’s for those wanting a workout-style class that still uses Pilates foundations.

You should have a good base of Pilates experience and be comfortable with Mat classes that involve full-body movement and moderate to high effort.

No. This class is not suitable for those managing acute injuries, osteoporosis, or during pregnancy. We recommend Open or Gentle Pilates instead.

Yes. As always, our class sizes are small which allows our instructors to offer corrections, progressions, and technique feedback throughout.
