Pilates Plus
Challenge Yourself. Build Strength. Amplify Results.
Pilates Plus is our most dynamic mat-based class, designed for those who already have a Pilates foundation and are ready to take it further. With added resistance, intensity, and endurance-based movement, this class pushes you to build strength, bone density, and coordination—without compromising technique or control.
Led by our experienced Pilates physiotherapists, you’ll be guided through strong, focused sequences that challenge your entire body and leave you feeling energised, powerful, and accomplished.
Located 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Pilates Mat classes run regularly throughout the week and are open to all fitness levels. Pilates Mat and Fitness classes are run in our beautiful upstairs studio in The Stirling Tiers and are taught by experienced physio and Pilates instructors. Whether you’re new to Pilates or building on a foundation from Gentle classes, this is the ideal way to improve posture, mobility, and control—on the mat, using just your body and simple props.
This class is perfect if you:
- Have done some Pilates at PPP or at another studio and want to build strength and technique from the ground up
- Are progressing from Gentle classes and ready to explore more dynamic movement
- Prefer floor-based classes using body weight and small equipment
- Are looking for a class that adapts to your fitness and energy levels
- Want to improve balance, coordination, posture, and core strength
- Appreciate calm, specific teaching with time to focus on doing each movement well
Every exercise is layered and adjustable—so whether you need support or challenge, you can work to your own ability requirements.
