A 4-session program to improve your running and decrease your chance of injury. Whether your goal is to start running for the first time, run a 5km Parkrun with your friends, or run a marathon personal best, the Run Strong program is for you!

- A running assessment using slow motion video analysis to carefully evaluate your running technique
- A detailed evaluation of your mobility and strength
- A custom created exercise program including strength and mobility exercises, and running technique drills to help you become an efficient and stronger runner
- You want to start running for the first time but don’t know how to start
