The Running Strong program is to help runners stay injury free and reach their running goals! 

A 4-session program to improve your running and decrease your chance of injury. Whether your goal is to start running for the first time, run a 5km Parkrun with your friends, or run a marathon personal best, the Run Strong program is for you!

  • Our running analysis begins with detailed discussion of your running history, your current training, and your goals and expectations.  
  • A running assessment using slow motion video analysis to carefully evaluate your running technique 
  • A detailed evaluation of your mobility and strength  
  •  A custom created exercise program including strength and mobility exercises, and running technique drills to help you become an efficient and stronger runner 
  • You want to start running for the first time but don’t know how to start 
  • You’re getting niggly pains that are holding you back from your running goals 
  • You are getting knee pain while running 
  • You have foot and ankle issues such as Achilles tendon or planter heel pain 
  • You have had a history of shin splints or bone stress injuries
