Our Teen Fit classes are ideal for 12-18-year-olds, combining strength and flexibility exercises with a relaxing cooldown. Each 45-minute session is led by Claudia Millhouse Taylor, a Physiotherapist and experienced netball/volleyball player, providing expert guidance tailored to your teen’s needs. Help your teenager stay fit, healthy, and ready to excel in their activities!
