Yoga
Flow with Purpose. Build Resilience. Restore Within.
Located just 20 minutes up the freeway from Adelaide in the heart of Stirling, our Yoga class is a slow-paced practice that connects the body with breath, meditation, and relaxation.
Designed to increase body awareness and stability, Yoga focuses on uniting the body and mind.
We also offer a monthly Yin Yoga class, perfect for those seeking a slower, deeply relaxing practice. In Yin Yoga, you will relax into each stretch and emerge feeling soft, tranquil, and open.
Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stretch to connective tissues such as tendons, fascia, and ligaments, aiming to increase circulation to the joints and improve flexibility. This passive, restorative style cultivates awareness of inner silence and finishes with meditation or mindfulness to balance the practice.
Both Yoga and Yin Yoga classes are held in our beautiful upstairs studio at The Stirling Tiers and are taught by experienced physiotherapists and Pilates instructors.
These classes complement our Pilates Mat and other Fitness sessions and are suitable for beginners.
